Hi!
Would Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee work? They seem to be the kind of place that would have plenty of seating later in the day.
Do you have any where else to suggest?
I'm starting a new thread to be sure people see this, fyi.

Holey Moley! I missed the cut-off!
I am so sorry - I'm emailing the reviewers for our area to ask about an exception. I didn't know there was a "must post events so far in advance" element. I went in today to enter and it won't let me do anything on 1/1.

Sorry to say I wasn't able to put something together before the cut-off either. There's nothing wrong with having a meet and greet in the middle of January, though.
