I ask that people who have been more involved in geocaching help me organize a community celebration event for 2025. I don't know what people expect or what may help boost the involvement of new players and really depend on your help in this matter.
So this is a thread to start that discussion.
I know that any event of any sort needs a few things. Date, theme, title, size and time frame of the event, place, funding and budget...what am I missing?
